Paul Yakubu est un designer, architecte et auteur nigérian. Formé à l’architecture au Nigeria puis titulaire d’un master en Architecture and Urbanism de l’Architectural Association à Londres, il développe une recherche sur le logement, la culture, la sémiotique, les frontières sociales de l’espace et la morphologie urbaine. À travers Umbrella Architecture, il explore les marchés informels et le potentiel de réemploi des déchets environnementaux dans le mobilier, les produits et les éléments architecturaux.
Paul Yakubu is a Nigerian designer, architect, and writer based in London. He trained in architecture in Nigeria and holds a master’s degree in Architecture and Urbanism from the Architectural Association in London. He develops research on housing, culture, semiotics, the social boundaries of space, and urban morphology. Through Umbrella Architecture, he explores informal markets and the reuse potential of environmental waste in furniture, products, and architectural elements.
