Abdi Farah commence sa formation artistique au Carver Center for Arts and Technology à Towson, Maryland. Farah a obtenu son baccalauréat à l’Université de Pennsylvanie en 2009 avec mention. Farah a eu la chance d’exposer des œuvres d’art à travers le pays et à l’international dans des institutions telles que : le Baltimore Museum of Art, Baltimore, Maryland ; la Corcoran Gallery of Art, Washington, D.C. ; la collection Margulies, Miami, Floride ; L’Institut des Universités Américaines d’Aix En Provence, France ; le Brooklyn Museum, Brooklyn, New York ; le Ogden Museum of Southern Art, La Nouvelle-Orléans, Louisiane ; et le Contemporary Art Center, La Nouvelle-Orléans, Louisiane.
Abdi Farah began his art education at the Carver Center for Arts and Technology in Towson, Maryland. Farah received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 2009, graduating with honors.
