Arinze Ifeakandu a étudié la littérature à l’Université du Nigeria, Nsukka. Il a récemment été diplômé de l’Iowa Writers’ Workshop, où il a obtenu la bourse Truman Capote et où il a remporté le concours de nouvelles Richard Yates en 2018. Sélectionné pour le prix AKO Caine pour l’écriture africaine 2017, ses romans sont apparus, entre autres, dans les Anthologies du Prix Caine, One Story et A Public Space, où il était APS Emerging Writer Fellow, en 2015. Guernica, paraîtra bientôt une de ses nouvelles, tandis qu’une traduction suédoise du roman « God’s Children Are Little Broken Things » sera publié par Aspect förlag.

 

Arinze Ifeakandu studied literature at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.
